Really man, other than a few dozen blog dweebs and several lonely chicks with art school pretentions, who really cares at this point? Wasn't this opus supposed to be done 2 years ago?
I am sorry to call you out, but I checked this site after you had posted on the E.S. board almost 18 months back to find the same claims. "I am making the album ... yadda yadda" Christ, the beatles only took several months to make Sgt Pepper. It seems everytime you get close to being done, you get sidetracked with another "project". Forgive me guy, but you gotta admit, that seems pretty weak. I read on your site over a year ago that you were going out to tour and that you "would probably be signed". Last I checked, you played out once. What gives?
Don't mean to rag on you, but you would seem a little more believeable if you'd quit hypeing "the album" and finish it already. You should do yourself a favor and drop the british facade too, your in Jersey right?
Haveing acid on your computer doesn't exactly make you an enigma. Granted, you do a fair to average imitations of Elliott, Brian Wilson and Modest Mouse, but all this contrived "art" bs is making you sound like a insecure kid. Just get on with it already.

i have been waiting for a year (which is way too long) to hear your stuff after the "missing elloitt" song which i liked. but the more i hear your old stuff the more i agree with lennonfan. your music does sound a lot like other peoples music. will recording with a piano really change that? you should put out whatever you have done otherwise i think most people will just natuarally lose interest. my roomates quit listening to your music after a while because they all said you sound too much like other artists. and since you don't play out hardly ever nobody really knows what you sound like. my roomate joe has a mbox on his apple and he makes pretty good songs on it. but he doesn't sound anything like his recorded self when he plays out. it's like cheating almost. i guess thats why i wonder if you are really good or not. i am sorry but I am beginning to think maybe you are more like joe.

it's hard to say if you are both the same person... since i've been being harrased by the same guy over and over... saying the same things you're saying...
so here's the story. i was recording with a producer in ohio a while back... and it was supposed to be this big thing. and when it was finally done i was both tired of the songs and they sounded like crap. so i decided to do it all myself.
i'm on the 5th and final version of it now. I've finally got the sound on it that i like... i'm not signed and this is my first album. i have no one to answer to yet. so why should i just put out some crap that i don't like when i don't have to. so i'm not.
it's not like any more than 5 people have ever heard me anyway. so when it's done no one will know strieght away that it took forever to do.
if you have been waiting... sorry. it will come out eventually. and you've never heard any of these songs before. maybe one. but you can make your comments when it's done and out.
